沙盘模拟概览 / Overview

各层级的管理人员需要更好的了解企业的运营,人力,财务等资源的有效使用。有项目、人员及预算决策权的人员必须了解财务和企业运营,即商业敏锐度。实战模拟环节,学员在仿真的情境下扮演新上任的首席执行官,在模拟的环境中经营企业,努力提高企业的经营业绩、提升市场份额。

Managers at all levels need to better understand the operations, manpower, finance and other resources of the enterprise. People with project, people, and budget decisions must understand finance and business operations, i.e. business acumen. In the practical simulation session, the trainees play the role of the newly appointed CEO in the simulated situation, run the enterprise in the simulated environment, and strive to improve the business performance and market share of the enterprise.

This course emphasizes practice and application, especially in the form of online practical simulation, through which students can better apply what they have learned, and after the simulation, students will share their experiences and be interpreted by the instructor. The training also covers practical case discussions and action projects; Learn through this course to improve your management skills and ensure that they benefit from future practice. Reports based on operational behavior are automatically generated after the simulation is complete.
